Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menu items
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Have a thorough understanding of the food and beverage menu including appetizers entrees desserts and specialty beverages
  • Provide recommendations and descriptions of menu items
  • Take precise and accurate food and drink orders from customers
  • Ensure all special requests and modifications are communicated to the kitchen
  • Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Check in with guests to ensure their needs are met and promptly address any concerns
  • Recommend and upsell premium or specialty food and beverage items
