Job Requirements

Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food and beverage menu items
Ability to handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
Strong customer service orientation
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Have a thorough understanding of the food and beverage menu including appetizers entrees desserts and specialty beverages
Provide recommendations and descriptions of menu items
Take precise and accurate food and drink orders from customers
Ensure all special requests and modifications are communicated to the kitchen
Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
Check in with guests to ensure their needs are met and promptly address any concerns
Recommend and upsell premium or specialty food and beverage items
