- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Have a thorough understanding of the food and beverage menu including appetizers entrees desserts and specialty beverages
- Provide recommendations and descriptions of menu items
- Take precise and accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Ensure all special requests and modifications are communicated to the kitchen
- Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Check in with guests to ensure their needs are met and promptly address any concerns
- Recommend and upsell premium or specialty food and beverage items
