Basic math skills for accurate check processing and cash handling

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage multiple tables efficiently with excellent time management skills
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and food handling
Assist with food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and guest seating efficiently
Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction
