Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage multiple tables efficiently with excellent time management skills
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and food handling
- Assist with food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and guest seating efficiently
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction
