As a Server, your responsibilities span greeting and seating customers with a friendly smile, recommending drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the dining experience, accurately entering food and beverage orders into the POS system, and promptly delivering orders to tables. Maintaining customer satisfaction through attentive service, including offering drink refills and clearing unused items, is essential. You will also handle payment processing efficiently while following all food safety regulations. The physical demands of the position include the ability to stand for extended periods between 8 to 12 hours, safely lift up to 30 pounds, and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, and crouching. Successful candidates will be authorized to work in the United States and meet the minimum age requirements.
