Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
  • Must have or be able to obtain state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safe food handling procedures
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • State-mandated beverage service certification (if applicable)
  • Team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service by taking orders accurately and delivering food and beverages promptly
  • Ensure knowledge and compliance with safe food handling practices and allergy awareness
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately processing transactions
  • Follow all company policies and procedures including cash handling
  • Maintain state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service
  • Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by living the CPK High 5
