Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
- Must have or be able to obtain state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safe food handling procedures
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- State-mandated beverage service certification (if applicable)

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service by taking orders accurately and delivering food and beverages promptly
- Ensure knowledge and compliance with safe food handling practices and allergy awareness
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately processing transactions
- Follow all company policies and procedures including cash handling
- Maintain state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service
- Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by living the CPK High 5
