Job Description

We are a well-established scratch kitchen restaurant dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience through fresh and carefully crafted menu items. We are currently hiring for full-time or part-time hourly positions as dine-in food and beverage Servers, including roles for Waitresses and Waiters. This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you will be a core team member responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every customer feels valued and attended to during their visit. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about hospitality, eager to learn, and dedicated to representing the restaurant's values of quality service and guest satisfaction.

As a Server, you will be instrumental in engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and offering personalized recommendations from our menu. You will guide guests through their dining experience by taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving meals promptly, and processing payments efficiently. Our servers play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of restaurant service, from understanding seating arrangements and server areas to adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. While previous experience is not required since paid on-the-job training is provided, excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment are essential.

Job Duties

  • Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
  • Understand the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest's questions
  • Guide guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
  • Understand the restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
