Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a bar or restaurant setting
- Availability to work nights and weekends is required
- TIP certification required or willingness to obtain prior to start
- Basic understanding of food, cocktail, beer, and wine pairings
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- A passion for hospitality and creating a fun, welcoming guest experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and reliability
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests, coworkers, and management
- Ability to read and write to support effective communication
- Ability to communicate information clearly during pre-shift meetings and throughout service
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended shifts in a busy bar and game room environment

Job Duties
- Deliver warm, polished, and attentive service to every guest in a high-energy bar and game room environment
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, cocktails, beer, and wine to enhance the guest experience
- Support front-of-house operations by assisting servers and bartenders during service to maintain smooth flow and strong service standards
- Act as a point of communication between servers, bartenders, kitchen, and management to ensure efficient service execution
- Help reinforce service standards, cleanliness, and guest-first hospitality throughout each shift
- Monitor guest experience on the floor and address service needs or concerns promptly and professionally
- Participate in pre-shift meetings, reviewing daily notes, specials, events, and service expectations
- Assist with table and bar area flow, pacing, and guest seating as needed
- Support the team during peak periods by running food, clearing and resetting tables, and assisting behind the bar when appropriate
