Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to communicate effectively with others

  • ability to exert mobility for long periods up to four hours
  • ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
  • capability to transport plates, glasses, and baskets multiple times per shift
  • ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
  • capability to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout the shift
  • ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands frequently during the shift

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication skills

  • prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • basic math skills for handling payments

Job Duties

  • greet guests and determine their needs and preferences
  • take accurate food and drink orders and present menu recommendations

  • collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure excellent service flow
