Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- commitment to making a positive impact
- ability to exert mobility for long periods up to four hours
- ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- capability to transport plates, glasses, and baskets multiple times per shift
- ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- capability to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout the shift
- ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands frequently during the shift
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication skills
- friendliness and a positive attitude
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- ability to work as part of a team
- basic math skills for handling payments
Job Duties
- greet guests and determine their needs and preferences
- take accurate food and drink orders and present menu recommendations
- deliver orders promptly and with a positive attitude
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure excellent service flow
- process payments and thank guests upon departure
