Located in Beverly, Massachusetts, the team at Cura embodies this commitment through dedicated service and attention to detail.

We are currently hiring a part-time Server to join our Healthcare Foodservice team at Harborlight House in Beverly, MA. This position operates onsite with a regular schedule on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, offering a competitive pay range of $18.00 to $19.00 per hour based on relevant experience. This role is ideal for individuals who have a friendly, energetic demeanor and are passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating memorable dining experiences for a diverse range of customers.

The Server role is integral to the smooth operation of our foodservice services within a healthcare environment. A successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers warmly, taking and following up on orders diligently, and ensuring adherence to health code regulations throughout service. This position offers the opportunity to engage with guests personally and contribute to a positive atmosphere that supports the well-being of patients and visitors. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work onsite in Beverly, Massachusetts
  • Availability to work part-time Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Adherence to health and safety regulations in foodservice
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and service knowledge
  • Ability to delight and satisfy guests consistently
  • Experience in food service or restaurant setting is preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet customers promptly and in a friendly manner
