This position is for a Server role at Red Lobster, offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.90 to $25.00. As a Server, you will be the face of Red Lobster, responsible for creating memorable dining experiences by welcoming guests warmly and attentively meeting their needs throughout their visit. Your duties will include greeting customers with a friendly smile as they are seated, suggesting drink, appetizer, and dessert options to enhance their meal, accurately taking and processing food and beverage orders via the POS system, delivering orders promptly, ensuring customers are satisfied and comfortable, and routinely checking in to offer drink refills or clear unneeded items. Closing out customer checks with accuracy and thanking guests with genuine appreciation are also key components of the role. Physically, the role demands the ability to stand for shifts lasting between 8 to 12 hours, safely lift up to 30 pounds, and perform movements such as bending, reaching, and kneeling.
