- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts

- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure orders are correct and meet quality standards
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery
- Handle guest payments and provide accurate change or process electronic transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas throughout the shift
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment
