Joining the Red Robin team means gaining access to a variety of benefits including discounts on food for yourself and your family, referral bonuses, an employee stock purchase program, and health insurance coverage including vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity options for eligible employees. The company also offers a 401k retirement plan with a company match, paid time off accruing from the first hour worked after one year of service, and a referral program designed to reward team-building efforts. Red Robin remains an equal opportunity employer and highly values diversity and inclusion in its workplace.
