Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Sophomore year of high school completed
- 1-3 years serving experience preferred
- Ability to obtain or possession of Food Handler's Card
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Job Qualifications
- Sophomore year of high school completed
- 1-3 years experience serving in a country club, restaurant or senior living community appreciated
- Able to obtain or have Food Handler's Card
Job Duties
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization at all times
- Adhere to food quality, appearance and presentation standards consistently
- Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards
- Serve customers using proper etiquette promoting an inviting dining atmosphere
- Take orders, provide service and requested items graciously and courteously
- Clear dishes during and after meal service, assist with dish washing and reset tables
- Demonstrate knowledge of diets and serve accordingly per policy and procedure
