Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- capable of standing for extended periods
- able to lift up to 25 pounds
- strong customer service orientation
- willingness to work in a high-volume restaurant environment
- compliance with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality beneficial
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to use handheld technology for order taking
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- team player with a positive attitude
- food safety certification is a plus
Job Duties
- take food and drink orders using handheld technology
- serve food and drinks in a timely and accurate manner
- deliver a fun and satisfying dining experience to guests
- provide excellent customer service as part of the front of house team
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
