The Server role at Restaura is central to delivering exceptional dining experiences through attentive, courteous, and efficient service. The Server ensures guest satisfaction by accurately taking food and beverage orders, promptly serving meals and drinks, and maintaining a welcoming and guest-focused environment. This position works closely with kitchen and bar teams to guarantee a seamless service flow that upholds the highest standards of hospitality. Beyond direct guest interaction, the Server contributes to the overall cleanliness, organization, and presentation of dining and service areas, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere for all guests. Additionally, the Server processes payments and handles transactions meticulously while balancing checks at the end of each shift. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • previous experience as a server or in a guest service role preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly, present menus, and describe menu items and daily specials
  • take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner
  • anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and ensure satisfaction throughout the dining experience
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and efficient order delivery
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, side stations, and service areas
  • follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and company service standards
  • process payments, handle cash or credit transactions, and balance checks at the end of shift
  • support teammates by assisting with table setup, clearing, and restocking as needed
  • uphold company values of hospitality, teamwork, and guest care
