Job Duties
- Provide friendly and responsive service to all guests
- Make guests feel welcome upon arrival and appreciated upon departure
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Handle guest questions and complaints with poise and professionalism
- Prepare and present guests with their checks
- Accept payments and process credit card or cash transactions as applicable
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth diner operations
