Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 - 2 years of full-service restaurant experience
  • TABC certification
  • Texas Food Handlers Certification
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • anticipate and address guests wants and needs
  • demonstrate menu knowledge and sales skills, answer guest questions and make suggestions
  • communicate with staff and management regarding guests and restaurant needs
  • maintain standards of food and beverage quality and standards of service
  • support fellow FOH and BOH staff in duties as needed
  • practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
