Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years of full-service restaurant experience
- TABC certification
- Texas Food Handlers Certification
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills

- must have a love for food, beverages, and hospitality
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- anticipate and address guests wants and needs
- demonstrate menu knowledge and sales skills, answer guest questions and make suggestions
- communicate with staff and management regarding guests and restaurant needs
- maintain standards of food and beverage quality and standards of service
- support fellow FOH and BOH staff in duties as needed
- practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
