Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate clearly and listen effectively
- Capable of exerting mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds repeatedly
- Must be able to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
- Ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies safely
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Prior experience in customer service preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Deliver orders to guests efficiently
- Anticipate and address guest needs during their stay
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
