Job Requirements

- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or willing to obtain
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or the food and beverage industry is a plus but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service with a positive attitude
- Must meet the state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- Possession of a Food Handler’s Card or willingness to obtain one
Job Duties
- Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations
- Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions
- Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
- Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
- Maintains proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Collaborates with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Handles guest inquiries and resolves any issues promptly and professionally
