Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- willingness to wear protective hand coverings, masks, and follow safety protocols
- ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- commitment to company core values
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food and beverage industry is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
- basic math skills for handling payments
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- take accurate food and beverage orders
- make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- anticipate and respond to guest needs throughout their dining experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- adhere to health and safety regulations
