The open role of Server at Pegasus Senior Living is a key position responsible for delivering outstanding food service to senior residents within the community. Job Requirements

  • minimum one year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
  • good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • ability to prepare and serve food within scheduled time frame
  • ability to clean and maintain food service areas including kitchen and dining room

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of relevant experience in hospitality, full-service dining, or senior living preferred
  • excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • ability to demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving skills
  • friendly and compassionate demeanor
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
