At Mesero, the role of a Server is pivotal to the overall guest experience. This position is available as both part-time and full-time, with a pay rate starting at $2.13 per hour, supplemented by tips. As a Server, your primary responsibility will be to professionally sell and serve food and beverages while maintaining a friendly and efficient demeanor. You will be expected to manage multiple tables, ensuring that each guest's dining experience is personalized, enjoyable, and memorable. The Server role demands in-depth knowledge of Mesero's diverse menu, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and presentation standards. Communication skills are essential, as you will interact with guests to make recommendations, answer questions, and handle any concerns with courtesy and promptness.

The position also requires proficiency in using the restaurant's point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately take orders, process payments, and manage transactions. Servers must verify guests' legal drinking age for alcoholic beverage service responsibly and professionally. Besides serving duties, you will contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant by performing side work such as cleaning and resetting tables.
