As a full-time Food and Beverage team member based at JW Marriott Minneapolis Mall of America, you will take part in a growing, vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your primary responsibility as a Food and Beverage server will be to warmly welcome guests, attend to their dining needs promptly and courteously, and ensure their satisfaction throughout their visit. You will serve food and beverages, share your thorough understanding of the menu, and assist guests with any special requests or recommendations. Accuracy in processing transactions using the MICROS system is crucial to support smooth operations. The role also requires maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment, from clearing tables to restocking supplies and completing closing tasks.
