Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability to work an average of 30 hours per week
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to provide friendly and attentive guest service
  • Ability to accurately take and deliver orders
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems effectively
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally

  • Experience in a customer service or hospitality role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic understanding of food and beverage service

Job Duties

  • Greet guests immediately, guide them through menus, while demonstrating genuine hospitality
  • Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return
  • Accurately record food orders ensuring each guest receives their meal to their exact specifications
  • Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet the Ruth's Chris standard of excellence
  • Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by placing a high priority on the guest experience
  • Effectively communicate with guests and other team members
  • Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
