Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- Must be able to wear protective hand coverings and face masks as required
- Ability to work with disinfectant and cleaning supplies safely
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Make menu recommendations and upsell specialty items
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them effectively to kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Handle transactions and manage cash or electronic payments efficiently
