Job Requirements

- Ability to provide courteous customer service
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills
- Previous experience in food service preferred

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient, courteous service to all guests
- Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them timely
- Clear dishes and reset tables promptly maintaining cleanliness
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with team members and guests
- Execute the 'Server Guidelines to Great Guest Service' as per IHOP SOP
- Handle guest complaints timely and inquire about dining experience quality
