The role offered is that of a Restaurant Server within the hotel’s dining area. As a crucial frontline team member, the Server is responsible for providing attentive food and beverage service to guests in a courteous and professional manner. Job Requirements

  • Associate is expected to take food and beverage orders correctly, giving prompt, efficient and correct delivery of order to the guest
  • Promptly presenting the guest with a check and collecting all monies for full payment of check
  • Keeps the immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position
  • Excellent communication, organizational and guest service skills required
  • At all times projects a favorable image of the hotel to the public
  • Must have open availability work weekends and holidays

  • Complete opening and closing side work as directed by your supervisor/manager
  • Greet and welcome all guests with a smile at the tables, suggest specials using suggestive selling techniques
  • Adheres to hotel’s standards of operations
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
