This job posting is for the position of Server C, a non-exempt role primarily responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service to guests. Servers play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by taking and entering orders promptly and accurately, serving food and drinks, and coordinating closely with kitchen staff to deliver fresh and timely meals. Servers maintain their workstations and dining areas, provide attentive table service including pre-bussing and drink refills, and handle payment processes in accordance with company policies. This role requires a warm and friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the physical ability to meet the demands of working in a high-volume dining setting. Typically reporting to a Store Manager or similar leadership role, the Server ensures every guest experience is positive, quick, and seamless.

Job Requirements
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
- ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
- ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- friendly and outgoing personality
- willingness to immerse hands frequently in water and chemical solutions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least 6 months of related serving experience
- experience in high volume or fast casual dining environment preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team
- basic math skills for handling payments
- knowledge of customer service principles
Job Duties
- Takes food and beverage orders
