The position offered is a full-time, non-management role within the food and beverage and culinary category, specifically situated in the dynamic hospitality environment of Renaissance Austin Hotel. The role centers on being a Guest Service Expert, who proactively facilitates a range of services ensuring a seamless and engaging guest experience. Responsibilities extend from setting tables and ensuring cleanliness of work and storage areas to actively interacting with guests and coordinating with the kitchen staff. Guest Service Experts at Renaissance Austin take initiative in managing guest interactions professionally and efficiently, maintaining all established standards of quality and safety. The job requires physical agility as employees will be on their feet for extended periods, navigate uneven or slippery surfaces, lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds, and perform motions requiring bending, twisting, reaching, and stooping.
