Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be legally permitted to work in the country
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol or as per state regulations
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Successful completion of hourly position validations including training materials and videos
- Responsible alcohol certification within 60 days of employment
- Must be 18 years old or as state regulations dictate to serve alcohol
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
- Effective communication skills with guests and team members
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist in the training and development of new team members
- Handle cash and credit card transactions properly
- Practice responsible selling and service of alcohol
- Maintain a professional image and proper uniform standards
- Maintain frequent guest contact and high dining room visibility
- Inquire about guest satisfaction and involve management if needed
- Thank guests sincerely for their patronage
- Maintain high food and beverage knowledge and ensure proper menu standards
- Ensure stock levels meet supervisor or manager specifications
- Use standard recipes and methods for consistency
- Stay informed and assist with ongoing and upcoming promotions
