Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must be at least 18 years old for beverage service certification
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Basic math skills for cash handling

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Knowledge of safe food handling and allergen awareness
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems

Job Duties

  • Provide attentive and friendly service to guests
  • Practice safe food handling procedures
  • Maintain awareness of food allergens and communicate effectively with guests
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
  • Uphold cash handling procedures
  • Maintain state-mandated beverage service certificate in applicable states
