Job Duties

  • Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
  • Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest's questions
  • Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
  • Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
  • Maintains proper sanitation practices and safety procedures throughout shifts
  • Collaborates with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • Provides courteous and efficient service while handling guest inquiries and concerns
