The Server position at HMSHost presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and exceptional customer service. This is a non-exempt, hourly role starting at $9.13 per hour. Servers typically report to store or general managers and operate within busy, fast-paced restaurant environments, often at high-volume venues such as airports or fast casual dining locations. The job requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor, and the physical ability to navigate the demands of the role, including standing for long periods, carrying trays and supplies, and maintaining a neat appearance.
