The Guest Service Expert position at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa is a seasonal, part-time, non-management role based at the resort in Phoenix, Arizona. This role spans from March 14 to August 14 under the Kembara project, focusing on delivering outstanding guest service in the food and beverage department. The Guest Service Expert plays a vital role in ensuring that guests enjoy not just a meal but a comprehensive and memorable dining experience. Responsibilities include setting tables, communicating effectively with kitchen staff, and interacting with guests to provide courteous and efficient service. The role requires a hands-on approach, involving some physical activity like moving, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Employees are expected to uphold the resort's strict quality standards, maintain professional appearance and communication, and operate in a safe and clean work environment.
