Job Description

Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- ability to follow hygiene and safety protocols consistently
- commitment to providing outstanding guest service
- ability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or foodservice is preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to work as part of a team
- positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- anticipate and fulfill guest needs promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- carry plates, glasses, and meals safely to and from tables
- follow health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and regular handwashing
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
