The role under consideration is a Food and Beverage Server position within Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. This full-time role is centered on delivering outstanding guest service by serving food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with the hotel’s standards. Utilizing the MICROS system, servers are responsible for recording transactions accurately at the time of order. Beyond the active service period, servers also maintain cleanliness and order in work areas, glassware, and china, and carry out closing duties such as restocking and securing the workspace.

This position not only requires excellent service skills but also adherence to all company safety policies. Servers must promptly report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions and complete required safety training and certifications. Maintaining a professional appearance and protecting proprietary information is mandatory.
