Job Requirements
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification as required by state law
- Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
- Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
- Must be able to read, write and speak in English
- Must have reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Provide guests with the highest level of service standards to create new and repeat business and avoid guest complaints
- Promote products to guests by communicating extensive product knowledge on food, beverage and promotional menus
- Ensure the dining room is set up perfectly, including table and dining room cleanup, sidework, closing duties, and maintaining safety and sanitation
- Abide by all liquor service laws, including not overserving guests or serving underage guests
- Complete and pass all required training courses and continue education through additional training modules
