Job Requirements
- Valid Food Handlers Card if required by county
- One to two years with Polly’s experience and/or training preferred
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Accuracy and honesty of handling revenues and aspects of the revenue control system

Job Duties
- Takes verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preference
- Prepares the tables, laying out napkins and utensils, making sure the condiments are refilled, performing all other preparation tasks
- Protects the brand by demonstrating menu expertise, identify menu items in Aloha Point of Sale System, and able to identify menu items and ingredients for the guest
- Serves high quality food and checks all orders to ensure they are complete, prepared as ordered, portioned correctly and attractive in appearance
- Monitors and oversees food temperatures during hot and cold handling to reduce the incidence of risk factors known to cause food borne illness
- Consistently exceed Polly’s standards and maintain mystery shopper scores of 90 and above
- Follow proper cash handling procedures, as defined by the Cash Handling Policy
