The position of Server at Red Lobster involves actively engaging with guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience. Servers are responsible for warmly welcoming guests, accurately taking and entering orders into the POS system, suggesting drinks, appetizers, and desserts, and ensuring timely food and drink delivery. They maintain contact with guests throughout their visit by checking for additional needs, providing refills, clearing items, and handling payments efficiently. Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Must be a team player with attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Duties
- Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile when they are seated
- Suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Accurately taking food and drink orders and entering orders into the POS system properly
- Picking up and delivering food orders in a timely manner
- Checking back with guests throughout the experience to provide refills as needed and clearing any items from the table
- Delivering and settling the check in a timely manner, thanking guests and inviting them to return
- Following all food safety standards
