Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- basic math skills for handling payments
- ability to communicate effectively in english
- adhere to company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- positive attitude and team player
- willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently
- ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience by anticipating their needs
- handle multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining excellent service standards
- assist in preparing dining areas and setting tables for service
- process guest payments and handle cash transactions responsibly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout the shift
