As a Server at Eggs Up Grill, you will play a vital role in delivering this standard of service. Your primary responsibility will be to create memorable guest experiences by making great food and beverage recommendations and serving delicious menu items with unmatched hospitality. You will be an integral part of a cohesive team that supports each other’s success in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role requires you to understand and adopt the Guest-Obsessed culture which focuses on delivering a positive and memorable experience for every guest. You will act as the main point of contact between the kitchen and the guests, ensuring that menu items are accurately described and that guests’ questions are answered with expertise.

In addition to serving food and beverages, you will be expected to routinely check in with guests, anticipate their needs, and resolve any concerns or complaints by actively listening and promptly escalating to a manager when necessary. By maintaining cleanliness and order in your server station and the front of house, you help sustain the welcoming and safe atmosphere that Eggs Up Grill is known for.
