Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong customer service focus
  • valid beverage service certification where applicable
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • compliance with all state and local health regulations
  • willingness to follow company procedures and standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly
  • passion for food and customer service
  • familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • state-mandated beverage service certificate where required

Job Duties

  • Provide attentive and friendly service to guests
  • maintain knowledge of menu items and promote specialty dishes
  • operate point-of-sale (POS) systems quickly and accurately
  • adhere to safe food handling and allergen awareness procedures
  • follow company policies and cash handling procedures
  • work collaboratively with team members to ensure an excellent dining experience
  • obtain and display state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
