Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant preferred
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Must be punctual and reliable

Job Duties

  • Take guest orders
  • Fulfill guest requests
  • Carry hot and cold plates to guests
  • Lift and carry trays with drinks
  • Pre-bus tables by removing plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage
  • Process payments
  • Make change
  • Perform light cleaning
  • Interact professionally with guests
  • Complete side work duties
  • Take garbage and recycling to dumpster if applicable
  • Sweep floors
  • Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
  • Conduct restroom checks
  • Maintain the restaurant in like-new condition during and after every shift
  • Demonstrate superior knowledge of food, drinks, standards, and expectations
