Joining Tribute Eatery & Bar as a Server means becoming the face of the guest experience. Servers play a crucial role in ensuring each customer has a memorable visit by providing attentive, friendly, and professional service. This role requires a mix of excellent communication skills, an ability to multitask efficiently, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The server is responsible for greeting and seating guests promptly, presenting menus and daily specials, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and delivering these orders with care and attention to detail. The environment is often busy and fast-paced, so servers must be able to work well under pressure, multitask between multiple tables, and collaborate with other team members, including hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

The starting pay for fully trained servers at Tribute Eatery & Bar is $4.35 per hour plus tips, with nightly tip-outs. The job offers a part-time schedule primarily on weekday evenings and weekends, with Sunday availability preferred. Full-time employees working an average of 30 hours per week or more are eligible for a variety of comprehensive benefits. Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and offering a warm welcome
  • Present menu items and daily specials, providing recommendations as needed
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
  • Anticipate guest needs and ensure a high level of service throughout their dining experience
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and ensure issues are resolved promptly
  • Ensuring that tables, chairs, and dining areas are clean and well-organized
  • Assisting with resetting tables for the next guests
  • Process payments, provide accurate bills, and manage the checkout process efficiently
  • Complete assigned opening and closing duties, including sidework, cleaning, and stocking
  • Complying with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
  • Juggling the responsibilities of serving multiple tables at once, ensuring all guests are attended to without long waits
  • Assisting other servers, host, bar, or kitchen staff during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations
