Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays of food or drinks
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food and beverage safety practices is a plus
- IPACT certification required, or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and offering a warm welcome
- Present menu items and daily specials, providing recommendations as needed
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a high level of service throughout their dining experience
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and ensure issues are resolved promptly
- Ensuring that tables, chairs, and dining areas are clean and well-organized
- Assisting with resetting tables for the next guests
- Process payments, provide accurate bills, and manage the checkout process efficiently
- Complete assigned opening and closing duties, including sidework, cleaning, and stocking
- Complying with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
- Juggling the responsibilities of serving multiple tables at once, ensuring all guests are attended to without long waits
- Assisting other servers, host, bar, or kitchen staff during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations
