Responsibilities include setting and clearing tables, communicating effectively with kitchen staff, engaging with guests to meet their needs, and maintaining clean and organized work areas. These tasks require a hands-on approach, physical stamina, and a high degree of attentiveness.
Success in this role relies on adhering strictly to company policies and procedures, maintaining safety standards, and upholding food quality and sanitation expectations. Personal appearance and professional communication are also crucial, as Guest Service Experts represent the brand in every interaction. The work environment is dynamic, requiring associates to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and manage physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching.
