Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional, consistent service in a lively and welcoming atmosphere
  • bring upbeat energy and a warm personality to every table
  • help create a fun, memorable experience that keeps guests coming back
  • accurately handle orders, process payments, and operate POS systems with confidence
  • provide efficiency in order taking and delivery of food/beverages to ensure quality standards and core values are being met
  • pre-bus tables accordingly and remove any trash to provide a clean dining area at all times
  • refill beverages as necessary
  • check identification of guests to avoid underage drinking
  • maintain communication with other staff and management
  • maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and is able to answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation
  • follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication
