- TABC certified
- food handler certified
- 1 plus years experience in a high-volume establishment
- exceptional customer service skills
- punctual and reliable attendance
- well-groomed and professionally dressed
- ability to operate POS systems
- knowledge of alcohol service laws
- positive and professional attitude

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional, consistent service in a lively and welcoming atmosphere
- bring upbeat energy and a warm personality to every table
- help create a fun, memorable experience that keeps guests coming back
- accurately handle orders, process payments, and operate POS systems with confidence
- provide efficiency in order taking and delivery of food/beverages to ensure quality standards and core values are being met
- pre-bus tables accordingly and remove any trash to provide a clean dining area at all times
- refill beverages as necessary
- check identification of guests to avoid underage drinking
- maintain communication with other staff and management
- maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and is able to answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation
- follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication
