The current opportunity is for a full-time, non-management Food and Beverage Server at W Nashville. This role is essential in delivering the signature W Hotels experience through exceptional guest service within the hotel’s dining outlets. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be the face of the dining experience, greeting and attending to guests with warmth and professionalism. You will be responsible for ensuring all guests enjoy their meals and drinks in a welcoming and seamless manner, helping to create memorable dining moments that guests will cherish long after their stay.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include taking guests’ orders promptly, offering knowledgeable recommendations from the menu, and serving food and beverages with impeccable attention to detail. You will utilize the MICROS point-of-sale system to accurately and efficiently process transactions. Beyond servicing orders, your role involves anticipating guest needs by checking in to ensure satisfaction with every dish and drink served. Maintaining clean and well-stocked tables, replenishing supplies, and completing closing tasks are also fundamental to your workflow.

This position demands strong conversational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment. While prior experience as a server is advantageous, it is not mandatory as training and certification, including safety protocols, will be provided. The role also requires physical stamina to be on your feet for extended periods and to lift up to 25 pounds.
