Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds (10 kg)
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Professional appearance with a clean uniform
- Successful completion of safety training and certification prior to employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent general educational development (GED)
- At least one year of related work experience preferred
- Good conversational skills and teamwork orientation
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Experience as a waiter considered a strong advantage
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and attend tables promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests and provide recommendations when needed
- Share detailed menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
- Accurately and timely record transactions using the MICROS system
- Approach guests to ensure satisfaction with each dish and drink
- Clean tables, complete closing tasks, and restock silverware and other supplies
