This role is based at JW Marriott/Ritz-Carlton LALIVE in Los Angeles, California, specifically located at 900 W Olympic Blvd. It is a full-time, non-management Food and Beverage opportunity with a pay rate of $17.87 per hour, and it is tip eligible. In this position, you will be an essential part of creating memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive table service and embodying a genuine commitment to hospitality. Your tasks will include welcoming guests, promptly servicing tables, and sharing your menu knowledge to assist guests with inquiries and special requests. You will efficiently register transactions using the MICROS system, ensure guest satisfaction through proactive engagement, and maintain a clean and well-stocked dining environment. This position demands excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a friendly personality to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented setting. The role requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods and the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds. Uniform cleanliness and professional appearance are mandatory, and you will need to complete safety training and certification prior to onboarding.
