Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent general educational development (GED)

Job Duties

  • welcome guests and attend to tables promptly
  • serve food and beverages to guests and provide recommendations when needed
  • share menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
  • accurately and timely record transactions using the MICROS system
  • approach guests to ensure satisfaction with each dish and drink
  • clean tables, complete closing duties, and restock dishes and other supplies
