Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Must be able to work evening shifts and weekends
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and kitchen staff
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift weights up to 25 pounds unassisted and over 50 pounds with assistance
  • Compliance with safety and security policies
  • Professional appearance and personal hygiene
  • Willingness to assist team and perform other job duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • Ability to speak clearly and professionally
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures
  • Capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
  • Ability to handle physical job demands

Job Duties

  • Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Set tables according to type of event and service standards
  • Answer questions on menu selections
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability
  • Record transactions in MICROS system at time of order
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and complete closing duties
