Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Must be able to work evening shifts and weekends
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and kitchen staff
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift weights up to 25 pounds unassisted and over 50 pounds with assistance
Compliance with safety and security policies
Professional appearance and personal hygiene
Willingness to assist team and perform other job duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
Ability to speak clearly and professionally
Strong customer service skills
Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures
Capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
Ability to handle physical job demands

Job Duties

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
Set tables according to type of event and service standards
Answer questions on menu selections
Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability
Record transactions in MICROS system at time of order
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and complete closing duties
